1. Services
DepthFocus offers professional photography services, including weddings, portraits, events, and commercial photography. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Online Booking: Bookings are made directly through our website, where clients can select an available time slot for their session. Once you choose your preferred time and complete the booking form, you will be prompted to make payment to confirm the booking.
- Payment Process: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.
- Deposit for Events: For larger packages or event services, a non-refundable deposit of may be required to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied to the final balance.
- Cancellations and Refunds: See Section 3 for details on cancellations and refunds.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the session may be eligible for rescheduling; deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
- Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that DepthFocus must cancel a session, we will offer a full refund of any fees paid or work to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
4. Image Rights and Usage
- Ownership: All photographs taken by DepthFocus remain our intellectual property, and we retain full copyright.
- Client Usage: Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share images for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited without written consent from DepthFocus.
- Promotional Use: DepthFocus reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Photo Release Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Photo Release Agreement. A signed release form may be required for certain sessions.
6. Liability
- DepthFocus will not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during a photoshoot, except in cases of gross negligence.
- In the event of equipment failure, image loss, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the return of fees paid.
7. Website Use and Content
- Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of DepthFocus and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. DepthFocus is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
8. Modifications
DepthFocus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website and services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
